Hi, thank you for your contents, I read your newsletter with a real interest!
A question that has always plagued me and made me hesitate to write on a specific topic is: If I don't have the proper training, if I'm not an expert on a certain subject, who gives me the authority to write about it? If I consume content related to fitness but I'm not a fitness expert, how can my content be credible and authoritative?

First of all, you don't have to be an expert to write about a topic.
If your interested in the fitness niche and you are a complete beginner, you can write something like,
"Hey guys, today I tried this new workout..."
"Hey there! I am going to take this new workout challenge to lose my weight...I will keep you updated with my progress..."
Just write about what you are working on, the problems you are facing, and how you are solving them.
In fact, people love to read from normal people just like them than from experts.
Don't claim yourself to be a expert in your bio. Just tell people who you really are and what you are going to share with them.
Hope this was helpful.

Also, seeing your comment I can tell that you are a great writer.
